We want you to have the best experience possible with SLYD. Sometimes things donโt go as planned โ maybe the mailman punted your package, or maybe we accidentally sent you something that wasnโt up to our standards. Either way, weโve got your back. We want you to love SLYD. Thatโs why we give you a 15-day window to make sure everything is up to your standards.
Defective Products
On the rare chance you get defective product, shoot us an email and weโll send you a fresh pack โ no interrogation, no hoops to jump through.
Refunds
- Refunds are sent back to your original payment method (no, we canโt pay you in tacos).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You cover return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective โ in that case, weโll take care of it.
